The Free Republic of Urr has about 6000 citizens (both in the city and on the fields in the vales). The Free Republic is lead by two Captain Regents. The following military forces exist in Urr:

• The Guard of the Rock (guarding the palace of the republic). Strength: ?
• The Crossbow Corps. About 400 bowmen
• The Guard of the Council (guarding the hall of the Grand Council).
• The Gendarmerie
