The Free Republic of Ur(r) has about 6000 citizens (both in the city and on the fields in the vales). The Free Republic of Ur(r) is governed by two Captain Regents, which are elected for a term of office of half a year from the members of the Grand Council. They have the power of vetoing each other.

The Grand Council of Ur(r) is a democratically elected unicameral parliament. The elections for the Grand Council take place every five years.

Ur(r) team has at least 4 members, both captain regents and the 2 illuminati members. Everybody on the Ur(r) team is a member of the Grand Council.

Forces

• The Guard of the City, guarding the walls, gates and City of Ur(r), led by the Captain Regent of the City and consist of 4 high quality Light Infantery (Combat 3 (2 steps), 1 (1 step), Retreat 2))
• The Guard of the Valley, guarding the valleys of Ur(r), which are led by the Captain Regent of the Vales. Its strength is the same as the Guard of the City.
• The Guard of the Council, guarding the council of Ur(r). This is a Light Infantery Militia unit (Combat 1 (1 step)).
• The Crossbow Corps (Hit: 4-6, Retreat 2)
• The Gendarmerie of Ur(r) (fire brigade and local constabulary). Treat this unit as a local Light Infantery (Combat 1 (1 step)), if can be amassed in one place.
• One Atillery unit (Demolition 4, Move in the city (one night), Retreat 0)
• The Wall Fixers genie unit
• The Military Ensemble (i.e. the marching band). Combat scores: none at all.

• Each quarter can raise x militia units (depending on quarter size). The Free Folk militia will not leave their quarter.
• The city can raise (longbow) units, from experienced hunters out of the area.
