In your briefing, you should have
- A personal invitation
- The game handbook (Download Handbook Master of Europe IV)
- The control handbook (if you are an umpire)
- Your National Briefing (Military/Political, as needed)
- How to get there, venue and other info (Download Info)
- Player list (as of this moment Download player list)
- New megagamers info (if needed)
All briefings should reach you before or in the weekend before the game. If not, or if there is something missing or not in order with your mailing, please try and contact us.
